CITY OF SAN FERNANDO- The Sanggunian Panlalawigan is one with Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda in realizing his nine-point agenda.

Thus, said Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” G. Pineda during the inaugural session of the members of the Provincial Board together with Governor Delta yesterday.

Other than the nine-point agenda, Vice Governor Nanay also wants to give priority legislation to other services like approving ordinances for the employment of the youth, solid waste management, improvement of the lives of the Indigenous sector, and war on illegal drugs proliferation.

The lady vice governor reiterated that she wants to leave a legacy through these four priority programs before she retires in politics.

In order to fulfill the mandate of the administration, the vice governor sought for the support and help of the board members to effectively implement these projects and programs.

In response, Board Member Mylyn Pineda- Cayabyab from the second district and other Sangguniang Panlalawigan members pledged their support to the plans of the newly elected Governor.

During the session, Vice Governor Nanay approved four resolutions, including one which is intended for the adoption of the Internal Rules and Procedures of the 10th Sangguniang Panlalawigan under the Local Government Code of 1991 for the term June 30, 2019, to June 30, 2022.#
